DataScope integrates Mission Zero to give automated vehicle and operator verification
20 October 2026
The move gives construction site managers more assurance that those delivering to site are operating responsibly, legally and safely.
Site management software vendor DataScope has partnered with Mission Zero, a recognised quality standard for the road fleet sector, to offer contractors automated vehicle and operator verification to streamline compliance and enhance operational standards.
The effective management of deliveries on major construction projects demands more than just ensuring vehicles arrive on time, especially with hundreds or even thousands taking place. It requires the assurance that those delivering to site are operating responsibly, legally and safely.
Integrating DataScope’s delivery management platform with Mission Zero – a Construction Logistics and Community Safety (CLOCS) recognised accreditation standard – means another recognised fleet accreditation will be incorporated directly into the delivery booking process.
This will expedite the identification of accredited delivery operators, reduce manual verification, and ensure consistent standards are applied across all site deliveries.
DataScope said it would add an extra level of confidence that hauliers and suppliers are working towards Mission Zero’s vision of zero emissions, zero prohibitions, and zero collisions.
‘Not just about scheduling vehicles’
“Delivery management has never just been about scheduling vehicles,” said Adrian Butt, Managing Director at DataScope. Our customers want confidence that the organisations delivering to site are operating to the highest standards.
“By integrating with Mission Zero, we’re making it even easier to identify operators who have demonstrated a commitment to compliance, safety and sustainability as part of the booking process.”
Nick Caesari, CEO at Mission Zero, said: “Every construction delivery has an impact beyond the site boundary – on road users, local communities and the environment. Standards create meaningful change when they are embedded in everyday operational decisions, which is why our partnership with DataScope is so important.
“By integrating our independently assessed accreditation into the delivery management process, we can help contractors recognise responsible operators, encourage continuous improvement and drive safer, cleaner and more compliant construction supply chains.”
