10th anniversary Digital Construction Week was a record-breaker
The official numbers confirm what we all felt: the 2025 edition of Digital Construction Week (DCW) was the biggest yet.

Indeed, more than 9,000 people visited DCW over its two days – a 4% year-on-year increase. There were 7,100 unique attendees. It wasn’t just visitors from the UK: attendees also came from the likes of Malaysia, Finland and Australia.
The show featured 230 sessions across 10 dedicated stages, 150 exhibitors, a DeLorean and the Oracle Red Bull Racing Simulator. The Crystal Wall invited visitors to share their visions for the next 10 years of digital construction [sign up to receive DC+’s analysis of the writings on the wall].
“The atmosphere at DCW was palpable,” said David John Varghese, principal engineer at AtkinsRéalis. “Beyond the impressive software and hardware demonstrations, there was a strong undercurrent of conversation focused on implementation, adoption, and the cultural shifts necessary to make these technologies truly effective.”
Cliff Smith, executive director of the Get It Right Initiative, added: “I was struck by the energy, the expertise and the sheer commitment on display to driving better construction outcomes and greater productivity through technology.”
Jonathan Hunter, CEO of Eleco, reflected: “DCW 2025 was a testament to the industry's commitment to embracing digital transformation and innovation, paving the way for a more efficient and sustainable future in construction.”
Celebration of progress
Karolina Orecchini, DCW event director, said: “DCW 2025 was a celebration of how far we’ve come over the last decade, and a powerful reminder of why this event matters. We owe this year’s success to our incredible exhibitors, speakers, and community. Their energy, insight and willingness to collaborate are what make DCW so impactful. This show has always been about pushing the industry forward together and this year proved just how much we can achieve when we do.”
