Start me up: ConsoliDocs
Having trouble keeping track of contracts and their amendments? Need an assistant to help you find the details you need in a contract? Perhaps ConsoliDocs has the answer.

Ahead of appearing at Digital Construction Week in the Start Up Village, ConsoliDocs CEO Tina Fernandez tells DC+ about her startup.
DC+: You’ve got two minutes: what problem does your technology solve and how does it do it?
ConsoliDocs is an AI-native platform transforming post-signature contract management. Instead of letting signed contracts sit idle, we consolidate agreements and amendments into a single, up-to-date document. We summarise key terms in plain language and our AI-agent answers any question about the contract, ensuring contracts stay visible, actionable and compliant, thereby reducing risk, saving time and uncovering insights. By turning static documents into strategic assets, we empower businesses to make smarter decisions and drive growth with confidence and clarity.
OK, you’ve got my attention: who’s tested or already using your tech and what are the results?
ConsolidateDocs is currently in development and we are training our AI models. We will be running proof of concepts (POC) in July with full launch of the platform in October. We are pleased to announce that JPMorgan has agreed to conduct two POCs with us and we have another four companies who are interested in POCs.
We have built a prototype to prove that AI can be used to achieve what we want to build. We are now looking forward to demonstrating its capabilities to early adopters in July 2025.
