Fexillon delivers full lifecycle information management for Land Development Agency

The LDA is Ireland’s affordable housing delivery body. Fexillon will supply the central building information management platform to support the LDA’s development, delivery, handover and long-term operation of homes. The platform will serve more than 1,500 users and support a portfolio of approximately 100 major developments, creating a single environment for the management of project, asset, compliance and operational information throughout the entire building lifecycle.

The platform combines a CDE, digital safety file, building manual and asset information management solution.

As part of the programme, Fexillon will migrate more than 75 projects and hundreds of thousands of information records from multiple legacy systems into a scalable, secure, connected digital ecosystem.

As well as Dublin, Fexillon has offices in London, Amsterdam, Gävle in Sweden, and Charleston in the US. The firm focuses on owner-operators and has become a specialist in the data centre sector. Its clients include Microsoft, Children’s Health Ireland, Savills and the University of Strathclyde. Fexillon recently announced an expansion of its relationship with top 10 US contractor JE Dunn.
