Buildots adds portfolio dashboard
Buildots has added a portfolio dashboard, giving users early warning signals, standardised reporting and objective oversight of their projects.

Buildots has launched a portfolio dashboard, providing users with a unified, objective view across active projects.
The dashboard provides:
- early warning signals – objective warning signals weeks or even months before problems escalate allow teams to shape outcomes rather than react to issues after they’ve grown too large to ignore;
- standardised reporting – a single reporting format across all projects makes it easier to compare performance, identify outliers, and allocate resources more effectively; and
- objective oversight with context – AI-driven progress tracking provides impartial data on what’s been built alongside project team commentary and mitigation plans that shed light on why things are moving or stalled.
Sir Robert McAlpine regional director Mark Bessey has used the dashboard. He said: “The dashboard gave me instant clarity on project health across the board. Instead of waiting on reports or chasing updates, I could see exactly where attention was needed and take action quickly. It helped us shift from reactive management to data-driven leadership.”

Buildots CEO Roy Danon added: “Our mission has always been to transform construction management through data-driven insights. With portfolio dashboard, we're enabling construction executives and their teams to shift from firefighting to foresight, allowing them to work together to more expediently and effectively assess the health of their projects and address issues before they cascade into major problems."
The portfolio dashboard is available to select enterprise clients.
Last month, Buildots secured a further $45m (£33.4m) to continue its expansion. Earlier this year, it launched a tool that automates the Line of Balance project control method. Late last year, Buildots launched Dot, an interactive AI assistant for construction process management that answers questions with up-to-date information about the status of building activities.
