Amodal strengthens team with ex-HS2 information strategy manager
Digital consultancy Amodal has strengthened its information management and digital advisory capability with the appointment of Benjamin Bizzell as an associate director.

Bizzell has joined Amodal from HS2 Ltd, where he was lead information strategy manager. He has more than 25 years’ experience across information management, BIM, information and data governance, risk management and digital process delivery. Prior to HS2, his career included stints at GHD, Sir Robert McAlpine, Multiplex, Mace and Lendlease.
Bizzell is ISO 19650-certified and has experience of working to ISO 27001, DAMA and ISO 9001 standards. His career spans sectors including rail, aviation, nuclear, education, data centres, infrastructure and large-scale mixed-use developments, with project values running into the multi-billion-pound range.
In his role at Amodal, Bizzell will support clients in developing practical, well-governed information strategies that respond to growing regulatory pressure, increasing data complexity and the need for reliable digital evidence across the asset lifecycle.
“Much of my career has focused on helping organisations bring structure and clarity to complex information environments,” Bizzell said. “At Amodal, that aligns closely with the work we do around information management, digital advisory, CDEs and training.
“Combining that with experience in information security, contract structures and risk allows us to offer clients a joined-up, practical approach to some of their most business-critical challenges.”
He will support information management and advisory services across the business, working closely with Amodal co-founder Thomas Whiting to support clients in strengthening governance, improving data quality and building confidence in their digital delivery and asset information.
Whiting said: “Benjamin brings a depth of experience that is highly valued in our sector. His understanding of information management at both project and enterprise level, combined with his ability to work with senior leadership teams, will significantly strengthen our advisory capability and the value we can offer clients.”
Amodal has also appointed Tilly Morley as senior project information manager. She joins from Vert Projects. Her career includes stints with TASK, Berkeley Group, Westgreen Construction, AEM and TClarke.
In May last year, former Glider Technology director Stuart Bell joined Amodal as CEO.
